FUN ON THE RUN PAINTBALL PARK REVIEW
District is built on a double-sized speedball-like playing field but instead of

inflatable canvas bunkers the people of FOTR have gone all out and built a
small town of wood and metal buildings to play in and around!  There are several
international shipping containers, two-story wooden buildings and smaller
“outposts” for you to enjoy. The wooden buildings are very well built. They are
not cheaply constructed, frail or weak.  One of the best things about the District
field is that spectators can safely watch the game from behind the netting that is
in place while people are playing.  So bring your friends and show off your skills
while having the time of your life!  Click
here for a video of a District game.
Another great area that combines
both speedball/hyperball and woodsball
game tactics is found on the
Wooden
field. This appears to be a very small
field with slender trees and only man-
made barricades to hide behind.  But in
fact, the field extends deep into the woods on one side which allows for those
that prefer woodsball to practice their skills while the speedball players shoot it
out on the more open part of the field.  Something for everyone here!

See below for more pictures of the District and Wooded fields.

In the middle of the field the cover is very low to the ground,
but don't forget about the woods over to the right!
The woods are pretty thick on this side
of the field, just past the tree line.
The shade from the trees really helps on
those hot Texas summer days!
